Hands down the BEST childrens book store I've ever been in! Great selection and the decor is so creative and inspiring.... The owner takes great pride in ownership and is very kind and personable!
If you have a child in your life under 8 and you are anywhere near Pentwater this is a must stop. All the staff, especially the woman running the story hour, were all kind, helpful and great with my daughter and myself. It really was a magical bookstore.
Extremely unique children's book store and more. A one of a kind shop for children's gifts and a place where they can actually participate in the drama and action of stories in a small theate on stage guided by the wonderful owners.
I rate Storybook Village with 5 stars based on how creative and passionate the owners are. They love the kids and this store is everything about children's learning and imagination! It is pricey, but this is not a place that has regular everyday things. You could not walk into any typical retail store and get the experience that you get at this shop.
This place is great. Passionate owners about kids and imagination. We take our young children their and they read stories and then put on a short skit for the parents... We go there every time we are in the area.
